Abstract

The authors are critical towards the parameters of the first year of three-year budget 2013— 2015, regulated by «Federal Budget for 2013 and for Planning Period of 2014 and 2015 Years» FL, and describe an «alternative 2013 budget» developed by a team of experts from «Spravedlivaya Rossiya» Duma fraction.
