Author
Glaziev S.Yu., full member of RAS, chairman of Scientific Board on Complex Problems of Eurasia Economic Integration, Competitiveness and Sustainable Development
Abstract
The article somehow elaborates on the state policy of national economy modernization, earlier suggested by the author and drawing upon both the results of his longstanding studies and those of leading economic research institutes of RAS. The author believes that it is only this scope of measures, designed as an explicit course alternative to the radical liberalistic course pursued during the entire post-soviet period, that may help hit national economic development targets approved on the top political level (presidential decree No. 596 «On long-term state economic policy» as of 7 May 2012.
